                         as subscribers to the Burton Church Lottery Fund.; Cllr North is Treasurer for Burton VCC

                         and a member of Burton VCC lottery committee, Company secretary for the community

                         intelligence group, Cllr North Treasurer to Springline PCC.

 

 55/25               MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING OF TUESDAY 16th September 2025                                                             

                         It was proposed by Cllr Scott and seconded by Cllr Richards to accept the minutes of the

                         meeting 16th September 2025 Resolved All in favour

 

                   

 56/25               REPORT FROM DISTRICT COUNCILLORS, COUNTY COUNCILLORS

 57/25               CLERKS REPORT INCLUDING MATTERS ARISING  

                         Clerk reported that Cllr Russon’s son T Russon had been in contact explaining he did not

                         anticipate her returning to meetings and he would be happy to stand in her place. It was

                         agreed that clerk should contact T Russon and let him know that Cllr Russon would have to

                         personally, if possible confirm the request and then subsequently his interest would be very

                         welcome and due process would have to be followed.

      59/25            Highways      

                           Fen Lane

                           It was agreed that Fen Lane remained unsatisfactory. Cllr Brockway was to check the position. Clerk to chase. .

 

       60/25             Planning Matters

                            Cllr North referenced the following planning matters:-

 

                           WL/2025/00924 Lincoln Dog’s Field Cocksey’s Farm . No objection but this was getting closer to neighbouring property.                           

                          

                           WL/2024 00776 Variation of condition Middle Street A car incident had demolished the fence  It was to be replaced by post and rail.

                        

                           To Note

                           Solar application South Carlton query whether it was a planning committee or delegated decision.

                            David Lloyd  application to be checked by clerk. 

 

      61/25           Speed Warning Sign Cil Funds

                          The clerk confirmed that she had set out the requirements for the grant to Brown &Co   

                           but not heard back. Clerk to chase.

                                                                                                                                                      

                        

      62/25             Scampton Update

                            Cllr North confirmed that the position was it would not be used for asylum facility, but it was unclear as to its immediate future.
