MINUTES OF BURTON-BY-LINCOLN ANNUAL PARISH MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 7th May 2024 AT BURTON ESTATE CLUB

1                         APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE WERE RECEIVED FROM

Apologies had been received from Cllr Culliford, Cllr Hyde and Cllr Marriott.

 

 

2.                           MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING OF 9th May 2023

          

It was proposed by Cllr Richards and seconded by Cllr Scott to accept the minutes of the last meeting.

 

 It was Resolved to accept the minutes as a true copy of the meeting  All in favour

5.                    Suggestions for matters to be discussed

 

  1. Dog Fouling Agreed to get signs
  2. CiL Money
  3.  Agreed to look into village signs to welcome visitors
